I’m a learning and development, program management and communications professional with nearly 20 years of experience designing scalable training, enablement and communication programs.   • Designed and facilitated professional development and training for staff, improving program effectiveness and engagement
  • Developed facilitator guides, presentations and digital resources to support onboarding, advising and program implementation
